Chosen Foods Chosen Blend is made with organic high-oleic safflower oil and a blend of avocado oil and coconut oil. High oleic refers to the amount of monounsaturated fat found in the oil - the same kind of fat found in olives and avocados. Our Chosen Blend contains 10g of monounsaturated fat per serving. Natural and chemical free processing combine with controlled heat to safely refine our oil. The perfect combination of organic high-oleic safflower oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil. Heating oil past its smoke point creates toxins and free radicals, but our Chosen Blend can safely be heated up to 490F. Its high monounsaturated fat profile, similar to olive oil, is stable enough to withstand high temperatures without breaking down.
